You may order by phone or online using our secure system (see below).

To order online click the shopping cart to the right of the cars you want to purchase and click "Check Out" at the bottom. You will be taken to a secure ordering page where you enter billing and shipping information.

Because we use a secure server and a Thawte site certificate from our web hosting provider some browsers may give a warning saying "The site certificate name does not match." This is ok it just means the browser doesn't know to look for our company under our web host's certificate. This in no way affects the security of your information.

How do you know your browser is communicating with a secure server? When you're prompted for your credit card information look for one of these icons at the bottom of your browser. Also, look to see that the URL at the top of your browser has "https://" at the begining.

If you have any trouble or you feel more comfortable talking to a live person you can order via phone.

All items shown on this website are available in limited quantities, sometimes very limited. If your order cannot be fulfilled because of sold out merchandise, we will notify you via email or phone.

 For International Orders Outside of the United States

Our credit card processor does not accept credit cards issued by non-US banks. Therefore, orders placed outside of the United States must be paid for in advance by money order (see details below).

All orders are shipped via the US Mail - Priority Mail. If you require a different shipping company please let us know via phone, email, or comment section of the online order form. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation and insurance (for rare, fragile or orders over $150.00). This is done for the protection of both South Philly Diecast and our customers. Tracking confirmation and insurance (where applicable) tends to increase shipping amounts by about $2.00 on average. This charged is rolled into the shipping charge listed using our online ordering system. Because we take less losses due to lost and damaged merchandise we are able to offer most of our cars at lower rates than other online retailers. For orders up to $50.00 shipping = $6.00
For orders from $51.00 to $100.00 shipping = $8.00
For orders from $101.00 to $150.00 shipping = $11.00
For orders over $150.00 shipping = $15.00

Note: Shipping rates are approximate. Rates for non-standard orders may vary slightly, e.g. some cars are heavier or lighter than average. Also large orders or bulky items may result in modified shipping charges. Shipping rates apply to orders in the continental U.S. only.

Orders are usually filled and shipped within 48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to be shipped.

All orders are provided with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. All returned items must include original packaging and invoice. All orders are thoroughly checked (and in some cases photographed) for defects prior to shipping.
